Verdicchio Villa Bianchi by Umani Ronchi is made from 100% Verdicchio grapes grown in the Moie area, in the province of Ancona. The reference vineyards are exposed to the South/South-West and are located on hilly terrain, at an altitude between 150 and 300 meters above sea level. After manual harvesting, the bunches were subjected to soft pressing until the free-run must was obtained, i.e. the very first product of the pressing, naturally more noble and fine. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C, for a period of 8-10 days. Before bottling the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Villa Bianchi was aged for 3 months in steel.

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Villa Bianchi by Umani Ronchi appears in the glass of a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it releases aromas of pear and white pulp fruit that chase hints of spring flowers and yeasty herbaceous and citrus notes. On the sip it reveals a vibrant freshness and a pleasant minerality that persists in the almond finish. At the table it pairs well with fresh and semi-mature cheeses as well as vegetarian dishes and light seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
