Monovarietal oil produced by the Correggiolo cultivar, an unknown variety but so gifted and rich. On the olfactory examination it is characterized by the pleasant notes of intense artichoke, almond and green olives and grass. When tasting, you are impressed by the persuasion of this monocultivar oil. The aromas are enveloping and persistent, just as the decisive and loaded spicy ones are pure, with such strong and impressive expressions of the artichoke, in all its aromatic notes. An oil that will not go unnoticed for its phenolic and aromatic charge. Upon careful sensorial analysis, you can select all the aromatic notes of the artichoke: from the stem artichoke, closed and austere, to the leaf artichoke, more elegant and aromatic, to close with the delicate and discreet heart artichoke. To seal these expressions of the artichoke there is a beautiful, green and fresh thistle that enriches with sensuality this unique and unrepeatable expression of Correggiolo. Packaging: 6 tins of 250 mlSuggested pairings: Pasta with meat sauce, soups, legumes, boiled and everything on the grill, from red meat, cut, to cod and fish, especially small fish and shellfish from the Adriatic. Also suitable for particular desserts.
