Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Color: Intense ruby red Bouquet: Intense, of great finesse, with hints of ripe cherry and plum Taste: Complex, velvety and full-bodied, with typical characteristics of dried grapes. Grapes: Corvina Veronese 50%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 30%, Oseleta 5% Origin: Hilly area of Valpolicella Classica, from the prestigious La Groletta and Conca D'ORO vineyards. Vinification and aging: Drying of the grapes for 3 months in the fruit cellar, 15 days of vinification in wooden barrels. 3 years of aging in 35 Hl Slavonian oak barrels. Alcohol content: 15% Vol. Serving temperature: 18° C First vintage: 1959 Pairing: Amarone is a wine to be served on special occasions, it is perfect with red meats, game and aged cheeses. It is the ideal companion for long conversations.
