We raise animals, follow their natural biological cycle, let them grow in a semi-wild state, in perfect symbiosis with the habitat of the forest oasis. There are ten hectares of vineyards that run from the hill towards the valley, on Mount Scorticata, with spurred cordon rows, interspersed here and there by an oak tree or a clearing with some fruit trees. At the beginning of each row, we plant a rose, like sentinel of the vineyard, to understand every imperceptible change, because if the rose immediately speaks, the vineyard does not, it grows in and in silence.
