Red wine obtained from “Nero d"Avola” grapes coming from the heights of the center of Sicily we obtain a wine with an intense red color and violet reflections, with the aromas of red fruit in particular of cherry , the taste is full and velvety with notes of fruit and spices.
Packaging: 3 bottles 0,75 lt Type: Red Wine D.O.C. Sicily. Grape variety: Nero d'Avola 100% Colour: Intense red with violet reflections. Smell: Typical red fruit with spicy notes. Taste: Full, balanced and with velvety notes. Vineyards: Centro Sicilia, c.da Cusatino agro di Caltanissetta at 580 mt (a.s.l.) in free-clay soils of limestone nature. Time and method of harvesting: First ten days of October strictly by hand. Production per ha: 90 q.li. Vinification and maceration: In red in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 8-10 days at 25° C. Storage: In steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15° C. Aging in wood: 12 months in barrique of fourth passage. Conservation Bottled wine: 16° C. Alcohol content: 14,5% vol. Serving temperature: 18° C. Pairing: Red meats and aged cheeses.
