The product is salted with garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper and subjected to drying, stewing, seasoning procedures according to times and methods that guarantee the acquisition of flavor characteristics and typical textures.

BACON FROM “CINTA SENESE DOP”
Product obtained from the processing of fresh pork bacon, appropriately trimmed. The product is salted with garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper and subjected to drying, stewing, seasoning procedures according to times and methods that guarantee the acquisition of flavor characteristics and typical textures.
Ingredients: “Cinta Senese PDO” pork, salt, dextrose, sucrose, pepper, flavors, antioxidant E300. Preservatives: E250, E252.
