CAPOCOLLO DA “CINTA SENESE DOP”
Product obtained from the processing of fresh chilled pig capocolli, suitably trimmed and subjected to salting at a controlled temperature and following drying, stewing, wrapping and seasoning procedures according to times and methods that guarantee the acquisition of the typical flavor and texture characteristics.
Ingredients: “Cinta Senese PDO” pork, dextrose salt, sucrose, salt, antioss. E300, natural flavors, spices. Preservatives: E250, E252.
“CINTA SENESE DOP” PILLOW
Product obtained from the processing of fresh pork cheeses, appropriately trimmed. The product is salted with garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper and subjected to drying, stewing, seasoning procedures according to times and methods that guarantee the acquisition of flavor characteristics and typical textures.
