6 Elegant 250 ml bottles of EVO Oil "Don Gioacchino" GRAN CRU, monocultivar Coratina, rich in natural polyphenols. An oil with a strong and austere temperament. Elegant slightly fruity. On the nose the green almond prevails accompanied by hints of artichoke stem, tomato leaf and medicinal herbs. The taste is balanced, with a bitter / spicy flavor that is definitely present but in harmony with each other.

L’azienda agricola ha l’ambizioso obiettivo di valorizzare gli uliveti autoctoni, dedicandosi alla cura delle cultivar Coratina, tra cui spiccano piante secolari di oltre 220 anni e giovani impianti di Peranzana, Frantoio e Ogliarola. Ogni passaggio della produzione è seguito con meticolosità per preservare al meglio la genuinità del frutto: dalla raccolta allo stoccaggio, dalla defogliazione e dal lavaggio delle olive fino alla molitura, per portar nelle vostre case un olio extravergine di qualità superiore.
