The denomination is the most famous in Italy and known all over the world at the highest levels. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG vinified with 100% pure Sangiovese grapes. The wine produced from vineyards located at 200, 300 and 450 meters above sea level, with different exposures and on soils rich in skeleton and very poor. The production area is that of Castelnuovo dell'Abate, in the valley of the Orcia river.
