The Perrone Oil Mill was founded in 1968 in the Aspromonte National Park. In this land of many wonders, the company has chosen to work the fruit of the olive trees while respecting their breath. The extra virgin olive oil is slightly veiled by a natural settling, has a yellow color with green reflections and a clear scent of olive. It has a slightly fruity flavor with a slight almond aftertaste. Ideal as a raw seasoning on vegetables, soups, legumes, meats and roasted fish.
