Our legumes are grown in the open field in the territory of Alta Tuscia Viterbo. Small-caliber chickpeas are an excellent food rich in protein, starch and mineral salts. They are also a rich source of raw fiber. Also called Cece del Furrow Straight in honor of a manifestation of the local peasant tradition “The Straight Rut Run” which takes place on August 14 in Valentano, in the province of Viterbo.

Shelf life: 18 months from the date of packaging (Produced in a Protective Atmosphere - ATP)
Storage: Store in a cool and dry, away from sources of light or heat.
