Perle della Tuscia 6 packs - Purgatory Round Bean 400 gr

Prince bean of the Lazio Region, recognized by the Chamber of Commerce of Viterbo as a Typical Quality Product. Grown in the open field in the territory of Alta Tuscia Viterbo by local farmers since the 17th century (legume usually consumed on Ash Wednesday). After collection, it is sterilized at -30°C and stored without the use of chemicals. Before packaging, it is selected entirely by hand: this ancient gesture takes a long time. It needs a short soaking and it is cooked in about 60 minutes or alternatively it does not require soaking and it is cooked in 60/90 minutes.

Shelf life: 18 months from the date of packaging (Produced in a Protective Atmosphere - ATP)
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light or heat.
