Perle della Tuscia 6 packs - Amarantine Brown Beans of Volsinii 400 gr

Ancient variety of beans, grown in the open field in the territory of Alta Tuscia Viterbo by local farmers inside Lake Bolsena. Also called 'stubble bean' because it was sown, in ancient times, after the threshing of the grain. After collection, it is sterilized at -30°C and stored without the use of chemicals. It needs to be soaking and it is cooked in about 60 minutes.

Shelf life: 18 months from the date of packaging (Produced in a Protective Atmosphere - ATP)
Storage: Store in a cool place and dry, away from sources of light or heat.
