Of a pale ruby red color, typical of the variety, it has a fine and elegant aroma with slightly spicy notes. In the mouth it is balanced, dry and well-structured, with delicate and subtle aromas of small red fruits.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir
Vinification: fermentation in steel vats and spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Aging: in steel tanks for twelve months.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Pairings: It goes well with savory dishes, stuffed and baked pasta, cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.
CORNOROTTO MARZEMINO 2018 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Intense and brilliant ruby red in color, it has a fruity aroma with hints of ripe red fruit. In the mouth it is dry and full-bodied, balanced with long texture, felt and strong character, long persistence of the aroma.
Grapes: 100% Marzemino
Vinification: slight over-ripeness of the grapes for a week, fermentation in steel vats with frequent daily punching down.
Aging: in steel tanks for six months.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Pairings: Excellent in combination with first courses with game sauces, roasts and grilled red meat.
BRENTINO MERLOT CABERNET 2019/2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Intense red wine, with a wide and fruity aroma with slight hints of wood due to the stay in barrique. Dry and full-bodied flavor, balanced and with character, the persistence is good.
Grapes: 50% Merlot - 50% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification: harvesting and manual selection of the bunches, fermentation in steel tanks.
Aging: half of the wine in steel tanks for a year and the other half in French oak barriques for a year
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Pairings: It goes well with first courses with game sauces, roasts and grilled red meat.

The Maculan Family for Three generations selects and vinifies the best grapes of Breganze, an enchanting town at the foot of the Asiago Plateau with a mild climate that favors cultivation of the vine and the olive tree. The hills of Breganze offer an ideal soil for grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Tai and Vespaiolo and make it possible to obtain high quality wines. The activity begins in 1947 thanks to the commitment and will of Giovanni Maculan and over the years it passes into the hands of Fausto Maculan who, with stubborn and immense passion, brought it to reality current. Since 2007, daughters Angela and Maria Vittoria have enthusiastically supported their father in the management of the company. The company cultivates about 40 hectares with vines and olive trees and directly controls about thirty selected winemakers. The winery is located in the historic center of Breganze and is the scene of the wonderful marriage between the ancient tradition and the most innovative oenological technique. This makes it possible to produce great wines, appreciated all over the world.
