Pack with three mixed bottles, to taste three different wines from the Livio Felluga Winery.  

FRIULANO DOC 2021 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Today called Friulano, it is the wine of the Friulian tradition par excellence, with a strong personality and typicality. With a good structure, with a harmonious fruity and mineral complexity, it reveals a characteristic bitter almond aftertaste.
Grape variety: Friulano
Vinification: The grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate for a short time. Subsequently, it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.
Aging: At the end of fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees in stainless steel containers for six months. Bottled wine is normally stored in thermo-conditioned rooms for about two months.
Color: canary yellow with beautiful green reflections.
Bouquet: varietal, complex and at the same time delicate; it revolves around notes of mango, melon, coconut milk, cherry blossoms, mint, with delicate hints of Sichuan pepper and medicinal herbs such as silene and nettle.
Taste: with a soft attack that develops into a pleasant acid note with a finish of Nori seaweed in the mineral closure.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Pairings: Traditional as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with raw ham, salami and sausages in general; it also pleasantly accompanies fish dishes, fresh and fatty cheeses.
Serving temperature: 12 - 14° C
RIBOLLA GIALLA DOC 2021 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
White wine with a straw yellow color with slight green reflections, characterized by a fine and persuasive bouquet, among the scents we recognize: rennet apple, musk, sour cherry and sweet citrus notes, lime and cedar. The taste is lively thanks to the pleasant acid note, the aftertaste is fresh and balsamic, mentholated with hints of thyme.
Grape variety: Ribolla Gialla
Vinification: The grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate for a short time.
Subsequently, it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.
Aging: At the end of fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees in stainless steel containers for six months. Bottled wine is normally stored in thermo-conditioned rooms for about two months.
Color: straw yellow with slight green reflections.

Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, this wine goes beautifully with battered vegetables and casseroles, with tasty cheeses and fish-based dishes.

PINOT GRIGIO DOC 2021 - 1 0.75 lt bottle
This famous grape variety derives from a bud mutation of Pinot Noir and, preferring climates fresh, it finds its ideal habitat in the hills.
The Livio Felluga vinification gives the wine finesse and elegance, maintaining the soft copper reflections that unmistakably characterize its color.
It is certainly the best known Friulian wine in the world.
Grape variety: Pinot Grigio
Vinification: The grapes are delicately destemmed and left to macerate for a short time. Subsequently, it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.

Colour: yellow with light coppery reflections.
Perfume: elegant, characterized by a? ' balanced fusion of notes of dehydrated apricot, Nashi, bread crust, mulberry blackberry, white raspberries, persimmons, propolis, Amorpha Fruticosa, acacia, white fig.
Taste: sapid, harmonious, voluminous, fat; aftertaste that develops through complex and long fruity scents of yellow plum, jujube, papaya.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Pairings: Particularly suitable for fish dishes, shellfish appetizers, risottos and vegetable casseroles.
Serving temperature: 12 - 14°C
