A blend of Gaglioppo (70%) and Cabernet Franc (30%), it is a delicate, velvety and fruity rosé. The idea was born during a business trip many years ago, a journey in which the diversity and remoteness from everything, as a value, of our lands was realized.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Municipality of production: Critone Company in the countryside of Strongoli and Rosaneti in the countryside of Rocca di Neto/Casabona Region of production: Calabria Grapes: Gaglioppo 70%, Cabernet Franc 30% Soil type: clayey, calcareous System of cultivation and planting density: spurred cordon, 5000 plants per hectare. Yield per hectare: 80 quintals - 52 hectoliters Harvest time: first week of September Vinification: in thermo-conditioned steel, with bloodletting and short maceration. Aging: in steel, with a short stay in the bottle for a few months before release. Optimal period of wine consumption: from one to three years
