“PINOT NOIR” AOSTA VALLEY PDO - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Bright color, ruby. Fruity on the nose (undergrowth, ripe red fruit) with notes of cocoa. On the palate it is savory, pleasantly acidic with a fine structure and velvety tannin. The taste is soft and balanced with a long finish.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir
Vinification: Selection and refrigeration of the grapes, destemming and cryomaceration for 2 days. 12 days of fermentation in stainless steel at 23 °C. Racking and aging for 18 months in used 700 l tonneaux, bottling without filtration and stabilization. 18 months of aging in bottle.
Serving temperature: 14-16°C
Pairings: Red meats, venison mocetta, long-aged cheeses, stew.

“CHARDONNAY” AOSTA VALLEY PDO - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
straw yellow. Delicately floral on the nose with notes of banana, plums and broom. The taste is soft, savory and mineral.
Chardonnay is an international grape variety that has adapted perfectly to the Aosta Valley terroir, acquiring a mountain character, which makes it unmistakable for its marked freshness.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: refrigeration of the grapes, soft pressing in whole bunches, fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel at a temperature of 14° C. 3-month “sur lies” aging.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C.
Pairings: Appetizers, first courses, flans, fish dishes, white and red meats, medium-aged cheeses.

“PETITE ARVINE” AOSTA VALLEY PDO - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
This wine is characterized by an intense minerality and salinity typical of mountain wines.
Brilliant, straw yellow. Floral on the nose, with fragrant notes of jasmine, peony, apple, plum and citrus fruits; savory and fresh vein. Balanced taste, with a marine background and vivid minerality.
Grapes: Petite Arvine 100%
Vinification: soft pressing of chilled grapes, fermentation for 12 days in steel at a temperature of 14°C. 1-2 months “sur lies” aging.
Serving temperature: 8-10° C.
Pairings: Appetizers, fish dishes, coquillage, white meats, cold cuts, short and medium-aged cheeses.
