Rhine Riesling, a vine native to the Rhine Valley, has been cultivated for decades in the vineyards of the Cembra Valley. On the sloping soils facing south, the grapes, illuminated by the sun, synthesize aromas, which the important temperature excursions of the Alpine valleys preserve. La Vis Riesling has a straw yellow color tending to greenish and a delicate aroma with characteristic aromas of candied fruit and carob. With a savory, fruity and pleasantly acidic flavor, it best expresses its characteristics after a few months of aging in the bottle.

Soil composition: sandy, deep, well drained, from fluvio-glacial porphyritic sediments Training system: guyot and simple Trentino pergola Planting density: 5,500 strains/ha Vinification: manual harvesting in the third decade of September, soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, static decantation of musts, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on lysis for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
