Chardonnay is a grape variety of French origin, introduced for more than a century in the wine-growing areas of Lavis and Pressano. A young but complex wine, this wine is characterized by its qualities of elegance and freshness. Straw yellow in color with green hues, the wine has a pleasant aroma, with fruity notes of Golden apple and pineapple. The taste is full and pleasantly harmonious.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: Chardonnay Production area: Municipalities of Lavis, Meano and lower Cembra Valley. Exposure and altitude: West, South-West; 370 m a.s.l. Soil composition: sandy, fluvio-glacial porphyritic sediments. Training system: Guyot and simple Trentino pergola. Planting density: 5,000 vines/ha Vinification: manual harvesting in the first ten days of September, soft pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature (20° C) in stainless steel tanks, aging on lysis for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
