The 'Regium' Valley is the King of the range, the symbol of the great vintage. It is the perfect interpretation, which La Valle, gives excellent vintages. It is obtained after a very careful selection of only Chardonnay grapes, only coming from the oldest vines of the historic La Valle vineyard. A masterpiece of freshness, elegance and strength, a Brut of character, harmonious, complex and rich. It is left to rest in the La Valle cellar, for at least six years from the harvest. A long journey, which takes it to full ripeness, to enhance the breadth of the aromas and give an enchanting personality and finesse, to a Franciacorta with a unique and regal style..
Straw yellow color, thick and persistent perlage very fine.
The nose is intense, complex, with notes of toast and yogurt, yellow apple and peach.
Notes of slight smoke and hydrocarbons, the taste offers good acidity and structure, of considerable persistence. Great finesse and elegance, generous rich wine.
