A wine that comes from the best vintages of Chardonnay and that the Solera method (reserves of the best vintages preserved and assembled in a single cuvèe) leads to an even higher level. Eugenium is a wine that takes time to express its complexity to the maximum; a bit like the person to whom this bottle was dedicated.
We need to know how to wait a while, to ensure that the wine can completely evolve. But only after respecting its time, it will release inimitable and unparalleled scents that will fulfill the expectation itself.
This wine was dedicated to Eugenio Pezzola, our father, who transmitted his passion, dedication and the desire to continue his dream that has become ours to date. Intense straw yellow color, persistent thick perlage. On the nose it is intense complex, with iodized, smoky hints and light oxidative notes complex and persistent. The acidity gives elegance and balance with mineral tones, persistent and exotic (pineapple) with an eye-catching citrus finish.
