The structure and power of the exclusive Pinot Noir grapes, of the “Roccolo vineyard, give life to an Extra Brut Tenace, the Blanc de Noirs. A masterpiece of freshness, elegance and purity. A wine that comes from black grapes and magically transforms into white wine. Straw yellow color, with golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. The smell is complex, intense and fine with evident notes of candied citrus fruit, strawberry, currant, and light tones of peanut and bicarbonate, very mineral, the taste is dry and fairly soft and savory. Of remarkable structure and acidity and with a delicate hint of final strawberry.

A territory suitable for producing great wines, thanks to the geological conformation and the historicity of the lands of Jurassic origin. These privileged and particular conditions have made La Valle a brand, known and appreciated.
