La Valle 1 bottle - Franciacorta Brut DOCG “Primum”

Primum, like the first of all our wines, the foundation of the La Valle spirit, a determined brut, with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, brilliant and with a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is intense, fine and fragrant with tones of bread crust, honey, yellow apple, pineapple and exotic fruit, with floral notes. The taste is savory with a balanced sour shoulder that underlines its harmonious balance, it is enveloping fleshy and of good persistence.

Aging: minimum 26 months in bottle.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.

The La Valle Company, is located in Rodengo Saiano, in the heart of Franciacorta, owes its name to The company's main land, called “La Valle” owned since 1890. In the historic cellar of the 15th century, ancient and evocative, a place of silence, now destined for hospitality, tastings and events. In 2010 a new winery, a model of innovation and technology, dedicated to production and winemaking. Poetry and technique merge, showing, one another, their undisputed and absolute charm. A story started in 1991 in Rodengo Saiano, in the heart of Franciacorta, in a beautiful hilly area that testifies to the reality of the Pezzola family. A territory suitable for producing great wines, thanks to the geological conformation and the historicity of the lands of Jurassic origin. These privileged and particular conditions have made La Valle a brand, known and appreciated.
