The floral aromas and the most spicy ones of pepper characterize this white whiskey comparable to a brandy.
It is a traditional distillate in America, George Washington produced it in his distillery and was common in the New World before the increase in bourbon consumption following the Whiskey Rebellion.
The Koval White Rye is perfect sipping pure or with ice and can be easily used in the preparation of various cocktails.
After a quick passage in cask it is immediately bottled, a pure expression of rye cereal not overwhelmed by the hints of wood. Bottled at 80 proof.

Koval Distillery began production in 2008 and is the first artisan distillery built in Chicago since the days of Prohibition. All the starting cereals and raw materials used come from the Midwest, the region where the distillery is located, and all the production processes are done within it: from the treatment of cereals (scratching) to the addition of hot water for fermentation (mashing), from distillation to bottling and packaging.
