Aveva lunghi capelli biondi, occhi penetranti e glaciali, un corpo magro e lunghe dita affusolate.I suoi capelli, così sottili e lisci, davano l’impressione di essere nati per scivolare via da chi li volesse afferrare, il suo sguardo era capace di congelare anche il più impavido dei corteggiatori, il suo fisico asciutto ed esile sembrava concepito per sfuggire qualsiasi abbraccio, le sue dita affusolate assomigliavano ad armi bianche pronte ad allontanare chi volesse avvicinarsi troppo.Era una dea fredda e controllata, non lo nascondeva e non le interessava cambiare.Aveva classe, ed era fiera e potente come un iceberg in mezzo al mare.Chi tentava di misurarsi con lei  doveva avere forza e tenacia perché la corazza, Mathilde, l’aveva deposta poche volte.Come lei, il sapore della sua birra è amaro, ma se ben abbinato può far vivere esperienze gustative mai provate prima.(Eleonora Scrignoli)
