The Geraci Bloc Nougat is the typical Caltanissetta nougat, crumbly based on honey, almonds and pistachios, all chosen from the best Sicilian agricultural production. Having become renowned throughout Italy when Caltanissetta was the throbbing economic center, thanks to the extraction of sulfur , now the secrets of his production are shared by very few Masters.
The Geraci family is the only family in Caltanissetta that has maintained over time the production of the typical nougat, dedicating a meticulous care to the selection of raw materials and maintaining unchanged the ancient recipe of great-grandfather Michele, dating back to 1870.   Note: the product is suitable for consumption by people with celiac disease.
