Grappa di Chardonnay Aged 2 years in oak barrels, with a characteristic intense golden yellow color, with an aromatic scent of sweet liquorice on fine wood, honey with cocoa, tobacco and delicate spices. It evolves in the glass with wide sensations and dried flowers. In the mouth it leaves a velvety delicacy and a long persistence enriched with hints of undergrowth, vanilla and ripe fruit.
Confezione: 1 bottiglia da 0,5 lt Zona di produzione: Franciacorta. Denominazione: Grappa di Char donnay. Vitigni: monovitigno Chardonnay con varie selezioni clonali. Distillazione: ottenuta dalle vinacce fresche separate dal mosto, con una pressa sottovuoto in ambiente inerte, viene distillata a vapore in alambicchi in rame. Maturazione: invecchiamento in barriques di rovere per oltre 18 mesi. Consigli: servire a 16/18°C, in apposito bicchiere a tulipano di media capacità.
