Ferrari's Trentodoc Riserva Perlè Rosè Millesimato 2017 comes from a blend of carefully selected 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are those owned by the Lunelli family, exposed to the South and South-East, at an altitude between 300 and 600 meters above sea level. In the cellar, the second fermentation, useful for the second fermentation, took place in the bottle according to the rules of the Classic or Champenoise Method. The refinement lasted 60 months in contact with the yeasts before disgorgement.

The Trentodoc Riserva Perlè Rosè Millesimato 2017 by Ferrari presents a pale pink color enhanced by a fine perlage. On the nose it displays aromas of raspberry and ripe berries that chase floral hints of rose and notes of toasted sweet almond and candied orange peel. The taste is intense and creamy, supported by a persistent fruity and citrus finish. At the table it is enjoyed with cheeses and tasty dishes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
