Trentodoc vintage of indisputable value, obtained only with selected Chardonnay grapes. After a long time in the bottle, this Blanc de Blancs is a synthesis of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity.

Duration of ripening: Minimum 5 years on the lees selected in their own crops.
Production area: Mountain vineyards placed in the most suitable areas of Trentino.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
First vintage of production: 1971
Color: Bright yellow with golden reflections. The perlage is very fine and persistent.
Bouquet: Intense bouquet of particular finesse, with hints of almond blossoms and rennet apple, slightly spicy with a hint of bread crust.
Taste: Seductive and elegant, with a very long velvety sensation in which you can feel a slight fruity note of ripe apple, pleasant hints of yeast and sweet almond and a shaded aromatic background typical of Chardonnay.
