The variable pan can be adjusted in length from approximately 37 to 52 cm and has a width of approximately 33 cm, so it fits easily into all common ovens. The safety grid on both sides allows adjustment to the desired size and prevents the halves of the sheet metal from slipping. The shiny metallic, baking tray with a good Teflon Classic non-stick coating is heat resistant up to +230°C, the pan halves can be easily separated after use and cleaned by hand.
