LAGREIN SUDTIROL DOC 2020 - 2 bottles of 0.75 lt
The Lagrein is an autochthonous grape variety that has been cultivated for centuries in the vineyards of South Tyrol. The first mention of red Lagrein dates back to 1526. For the correct polyphenolic ripening, this grape variety needs high temperatures during the ripening period. The hills that frame the Adige auction are particularly suitable in this sense. Ruby red wine with strong purple hues, the Lagrein Dürer-Weg presents sensations of raspberries, blueberries and violets. On the palate, the taste is warm and dry, with soft and sweet tannins.
Grape variety: Lagrein
Training form: traditional, simple pergola
Vinification: manual harvest in the first ten days of October, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, static decantation of the wine, aging on lysis in cement tanks and in a small part in oak barrels, for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
PINOT NOIR SUDTIROL DOC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Pinot Noir, a grape variety present in South Tyrol since the mid-nineteenth century, found on the left bank orographic in the Adige Valley, in particular, in the hills of Egna, Montagna and Salorno, the ideal habitat. The loose, mixed soils (porphyry and dolomite), and the strong temperature changes between day and night that characterize the ripening phase, give the grapes body and aroma. Pinot Noir Dürer-Weg is a ruby red wine, with a scent of cherry and small berries, which presents a crisp and silky tannin on the palate.
Grape variety: Pinot
Noir Training system: traditional, simple pergola
Vinification: manual harvest in the first ten days of October, fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, aging in barriques for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
