Pinot Nero che si mette al servizio del piacere.
Ottenuto da uve pinot nero 100%, si utilizza solo il primo fiore della pigiatura.
Si fa una macerazione di poche ore per ottenere il colore desiderato, in seguito una parte del vino di base fermenta in barrique. Il vino evolve per minimo 44 mesi a contatto con i lieviti prima della sboccatura.Sensuale, fruttato e avvolgente. E` un vino dall’anima vulcanica che seduce e affascina per la sua romantica piacevolezza e la sua incontenibile esplosione di aromi.
Confezione: 1 bottiglia da 0,75 lt Tiraggio: Aprile 2012 Sboccatura: Febbraio 2016 Uvaggio: 100% Pinot NeroGradazione alcolica: 12,5% volResiduo Zuccherino: 4,50 g/l Acidita`: 7,00 g/l PH: 3,04 Affinamento sui lieviti: almeno 44 mesiCaratteristiche organolettiche: Bellissimo e lucente rosa salmone; profumi che giocano tra il fresco e il maturo, la fragolina di bosco si alterna all’arancia sanguinella, la pesca nettarina lascia spazio al ribes rosso; e` articolato ma in chiusura dei profumi permane la fragranza e il fiore caldo. Al gusto manifesta ulteriormente il nettare di agrumi, il succo di melagrana, ha ottima rotondita`, e` molto persistente mantenendo un’eccellente bevibilita`; chiude su toni di corteccia e di tamarindo, la freschezza rimane molto invitante fondendosi fino in fondo alla cremosa effervescenza. Abbinamenti: Vino completo capace di impegnarsi in abbinamenti complessi, tranci di pesci oppure crostacei con salse e creme. Gamberi viola di Gallipoli con maionese al lemon grass. San Pietro al forno con patate e olive.
