Limited series bottled in 2019 by the Cihuatan distillery. It is a tribute to 'Kay Niktea', the flower festival of the Mayan civilization, an enchanted night celebration during which seas of flower petals were offered to Ixchel, Goddess of the Moon.
The same flowers still grow today in the Cihuatán Valley and are found in this rum, with its notes of jasmine (Sac-Niktè), wild orchids of El Salvador (Niktè Ha) and toasted, velvety and velvety wood enveloping.

Cihuatan rum, the only one to be produced in El Salvador, is ; aged with the Solera system, which helps the evaporation of the distillate and the maturation of each barrel. The barrels used are made of American oak ex -Bourbon, which ensure an ideal balance between the delicate scents of wood and the sweetness of rum.
