Caviar Giaveri's exquisite sturgeon fillets in olive oil are an innovative, versatile and sustainable excellence. The very white sturgeon meat, the famous caviar fish, with its delicious typical notes and its extremely delicate taste, meets the favor of the most demanding palates.
Sturgeons come directly from the breeding oasis located in the spring areas of the Treviso region rich in pure waters: a fully controlled supply chain to guarantee a very high quality. The fillets cooked by steam and without the addition of preservatives according to our artisan recipe are processed and packaged manually in extra virgin olive oil and enriched with a slight note of smoked.
Easy and tasty ingredient, ideal for adding an unmistakable touch to your salads, embellish first courses or to be tasted in purity as a light, fresh and healthy dish thanks to the excellent nutritional profile, the absence of heavy metals and the richness of Omega 3.

The salting follows the traditional Russian malossol method (little salt), the selection of eggs takes place by hand with absolute rigor and precision, as well as the packaging.
