Carlo Cracco Apricot and Chocolate Super Panettone

For this variant of Super Panettone, the protagonists are the apricots of the Vistamare Farm, which stuff the naturally leavened dough in the soft. The dessert is completed by a delicious glaze of 70% dark chocolate.
A new tin to collect, with an elegant and sophisticated design, contains the Carlo Cracco Super Panettone.

Ingredients: “00" wheat flour (gluten), sour sourdough yeast, butter (milk), yolk (egg), sugar, 55% dark chocolate, candied apricot, candied orange, honey, salt, rice starch, cream (milk), vanilla in berries. Glaze: 62% chocolate, various seed oil (peanuts), cocoa crane.
