The Franciacorta Brut Vintage Collection by Ca 'del Bosco is a Classic Method of rare elegance produced only and exclusively in the best vintages.It has a light golden yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is an elegant and delicious mix of toasts, pineapples, citrus fruits and minerality. The taste is balanced, savory and lively. 48 months of aging on the lees in the bottle.

The grapes are harvested by hand and deposited in small baskets to prevent the berries from being crushed or ruined. After harvesting, the bunches are gently washed and dried in a special drying tunnel. Then follows soft pressing in the absence of oxygen (to preserve all the aromas and aromas of the fruit) and fermentation in small oak barrels. After 5 months of stay in cask, the wine is decanted into steel tanks for further aging. After 7 months after the harvest, the cuvée is created and the aging in bottle on the lees lasts 48 months. During this aging period, the yeasts contained in the wine give richness and complexity of aromas to ca del Bosco Franciacorta Millesimato.Aging on the lees: 48 months in bottle
