Color: intense golden yellow with delicate green tones. Olfactory evaluation: fruity hints of unripe tomato accompanied by aromatic notes of medicinal herbs, with basil and parsley in evidence. Taste evaluation: fine, with a large vegetal flavor, with hints of artichoke, chicory and field lettuce. Bitter and spicy well expressed and balanced, with a sweet almond finish.
