Alma Grande Cuvée non-dosed by Bellavista represents "the purest side of Franciacorta" and is made according to the stylistic indications of Francesca Moretti, which is aimed at those seeking a more vertical sensorial profile. Made up of 90% Chardonnay and the remaining 10% Pinot Noir, coming from various company vineyards, after the second fermentation, the wine rests on the yeasts for 30 months.

Bellavista's non-dosed Franciacorta Alma Grande Cuvée enters the glass with a bright straw yellow colour, with a dense and lively perlage. On the nose it is a riot of white flowers, hawthorn and angel flower above all, citrus notes of Sorrento lemon, fragrant references to pastry making. The sip is thirst-quenching, fresh, with a certain flavor and fragrant, with bubbles that still invite you to drink. Perfect combination with anchovies in a cake pan, or more simply with blinis filled with tuna sauce, or even with fried cod meatballs.
