The grapes that make up this great cuvée, mainly chardonnay and pinot noir, are the best possible, the result of a radical selection of the individual vineyards. In addition to the exceptional quality of the raw material used, this Franciacorta differs from other Bruts in the fact that more than a quarter of the wines it is made from ages for seven months in small oak barrels. Statuary in terms of balance, capable of supporting and at the same time riding the characteristics of the thousandths, this Franciacorta Method impresses with its intensity and complexity. Straw yellow intense in color, it has a very fine and persistent perlage, a prologue of perfumes that appear the quintessence of the Bellavista style. Generous and elegant are the floral notes of hawthorn, unpredictable those balsamic laurel, first, candied citrus fruits and small pastry, then.
