Assembly of about 85% pinot noir and 15% chardonnay. Winemaking takes place in barrel (40%) and part in cuve, with malolactic, and ripens on yeasts for 4 years. Garbato, deep, with intense, sumptuous and pure scents of butter, lemon leaf, herbs, wet rock, almost to want to honor the nearby Chablis. The mouth is beautiful, compact and transparent, fresh and lined, enveloping, with a finish that fades on vibrant citrus and sea water sensations. Dosage of approximately 5 g/l.

Alain Réaut, is dedicated to precise, careful natural viticulture and everything that involves the work of man in the vineyard. We are only a few kilometers from Burgundy, the third generation of a family of winemakers, after studying viticulture and winemaking, took in 1978, together with his wife Thérèse, the family business based in the small village of Courteron. In 1993, after years of trying and experimenting, Alain Réaut converted all his vineyards into biodynamics. The interest in this philosophy becomes total, supported by an unceasing and careful research that has, as its sole mission, that of working in the vineyard in the way as intact and healthy as possible able to bring pleasure, authenticity and maximum transparency into the glasses of consumers. The champagnes of Alain Réaut, fully belong to the host of those worth leaving for go to the taste. Pure, crystalline, brackish (kimmeridge) of extreme pleasure, energetic and pulsating.
