Processing: Transfer of beehives with honeycombs at the beginning of flowering. Harvesting nectar by bees; ripening honey in honeycombs, sealed by the bees themselves with wax. Cold disperculation of the apple trees, centrifuge, settling and casting. No preservatives, flavors and dyes have been added to the product.
Consistency: Crystallized
Shelf life: 2 years from date of production
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and direct light.
