This acacia honey is one of the few honeys present in nature in liquid form, thanks to its particular sugar composition. Very light in color, with a very light aromatic profile. Very delicate taste, slightly reminiscent of the scent of flowers, discreetly vanilla. Use it to sweeten sweets, tea and herbal teas or taste it during an aperitif based on aged cheeses.
