Extra virgin olive oil obtained from only olives of the Semidana cultivar, selected by Accademia Olearia with the project to enhance typical cultivars of Sardinia.
Semidana is a monocultivar that expresses an extra virgin olive with light bitter tones, hints of golden apple, almond and a great imprint of spicy, which then remains to the taste with a pleasantly note persistent.
It is a medium intensity product whose notes allow a very varied use. In addition to raw use, the combination with potato casseroles or boiled vegetables are among those recommended.

Ingredients: 100% ITALIAN extra virgin olive oil. Allergens and GMOs absent.
Processing: The harvest, made with the help of mechanical means, is carried out exclusively directly from the tree, not picking olives fallen to the ground, when the fruit is at a time of medium veraison .
Shelf life: 16 months
