This green fruity extra virgin olive oil represents the highest qualitative expression of Accademia Olearia. It is
obtained in limited quantities through selection in the field of some particular estates and with specific cultivars. The
result is an extra virgin olive oil of great balance but of very high sensory content. It is an exclusive oil that due to
its richness of aromatic components and a markedly intense fruity with green note, which, thanks to
its balance, makes it ideal companion for the most imaginative cuisine and of class. Its fragrance and its
nuances are more appreciated raw.

Cultivar: Bosana, Tonda di Cagliari, Semidana.
Ingredients: 100% ITALIAN extra virgin olive oil. Allergens and GMOs absent.
Processing: The processing, milling, is carried out in the company's oil mill, immediately, through a continuous cold cycle system.
Shelf life: 16 months
