The Paxxo IGT is the result of a careful project by the Accordini winery. In fact, the grapes are harvested in small crates and left to dry in dry and ventilated rooms until late November where, even if to a smaller extent, the same biochemical and Amarone dehydration. It is obtained from a blend of several grapes: Corvina gives power and austerity, Cabernet Sauvignon persistence and length, Merlot softness and elegance.
