Grapes: Corvina Veronese 60% - Rondinella 30% - Molinara 10% Aging: 12 days of fermentation in stainless steel barrels. Aging: 4 months of aging in stainless steel barrels. Alcohol content: 12% Vol. Serving temperature: 17-18°C Pairing: First courses, white meats and fresh cheeses.
