Rosé sparkling wine characterized by intense floral aromas and freshly picked fruit, in particular rose, strawberry and cherry, while tasting is characterized by characteristic flavors of fresh fruit.
Packaging: 3 bottles 0,75 lt Type: Brut Spumante Rosato IGP Terre Siciliane. Grape variety: Nero d"Avola 100% Colour: Light Pink Smell: Typical of flowers and fruits in particular rose, strawberry and cherry. Perlage: Intense and persistent. Taste: Very fresh and sour rich in freshly picked fruit flavors. Vineyards: Centro Sicilia, c.da Cusatino agro di Caltanissetta at 580 mt (a.s.l.) in free-clay soils of limestone nature. Time and method of harvesting: First ten days of September, strictly by hand. Production per ha: 120 q.li. Vinification: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature at 14° C. Malolactic fermentation: Not carried out. Processing: In autoclave and bottling in isobaric. Conservation Bottled wine: 16° C. Alcohol content: 12,0% vol. Serving temperature: 8° C. Pairing: Appetizers, fish with a strong flavor, white meats and generally on delicate foods.
