White wine obtained from a blend of Grillo, Catarrato and Moscato. The aromatic notes and hints of these three vines combine perfectly creating a wine with a fruity and harmonious taste.
Packaging: 3 bottles 0,75 lt Type: White Wine IGP Terre Siciliane. Grape variety: Grillo - Catarratto - Moscato. Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Smell: Very varied ranging from hints of white peach, green apple and citrus to aromatic notes. Taste: Fruity, delicate and very fresh. Vineyards: Centro Sicilia, c.da Cusatino agro di Caltanissetta at 620 mt (a.s.l.) in free-clay soils of limestone nature. Time and method of harvesting: First and Second ten days of September, strictly by hand. Production per ha: 120 q.li. Vinification: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature at 14° C. Malolactic fermentation: Not carried out. Storage: In steel tanks at controlled temperature 15° C. Conservation Bottled wine: 16° C. Alcohol content: 12,0% Vol. Serving temperature: 8° C. Pairing: Appetizers, fish and white meats.
