The golden yellow color is presented to the nose with a bouquet of olfactory perceptions ranging from tropical fruit, elderberry flowers, citrus fruits, up to sage and tomato leaf. On the palate it impresses its great softness and at the same time its character, reflecting in the taste all that range of sensations received on the smell.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0,75 lt
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon
Harvest: Hand in box the first week of September.
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed at the fermentation, then statically macerated for 48 hours in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks at 5° C. It follows the pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature of 16-17° C. Subsequently a decanting is carried out to eliminate coarse deposits and the wine remains on the lees for eight months before being bottled. Malolactic fermentation in this case is inhibited.
Serving temperature: 12° C.
Pairing: It goes well with all the first courses where tomato or asparagus are important ingredients, it also goes well with omelettes and shellfish, as well as to sea bass with green pepper.

Oscar Farinetti, Pierluigi, Silvano and Brigitte continue the path traced by the family of origin, continuing to interpret the tradition and personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia and combining the great quality respect for the earth and attention to native vines. Le Vigne di Zamò, however, remains a family and artisan company, which has been able to give prestige to its wines by charging them with intangible values until they become part of the myth.
Estimated between Friday 26 April and Monday 29 April.
