Cà dei Frati 1 bottiglia - "Ronchedone" Vino Rosso 2018

In the area where the first morainic hills rise, red wines of considerable thickness and power are also obtained and Ronchedone is the absolute demonstration of this. Strongly desired from the moment you had the feeling that some areas and some microclimates were suitable for obtaining a wine like this. Marzemino, Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet make it a wine that cannot go unnoticed. The nose is very rich with notes of red fruits, macerated blueberries, cherry in alcohol, balsamic and jam scents. On the palate it is powerful and incisive, clean, savory, with a nice acidity that is a sign of the Benacense soil.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grapes: Marzemino, Sangiovese and Cabernet 10%
Vinification: maceration in steel with prolonged contact. Malolactic fermentation.
Aging: in barrique for 14 months, followed by 10 months in the bottle
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
Pairings: Ideal combined with red meats with medium and long cooking preparations, feathered game, aged cheeses, rich pasta and soups with meat.

L’azienda Ca’ dei Frati nasce a Lugana di Sirmione, sulla sponda meridionale del Lago di Garda. Nasce dalla passione della famiglia Dal Cero, che ha saputo conciliare al meglio competenza e amore per il proprio territorio.I loro vini nascono da un’attenta osservazione del territorio e della vite, attività che oramai viene gestita e portata avanti da quattro generazioni di vitivinicoltori. Le uve di ogni vigneto vengono vinificate separatamente per far risaltare il loro particolare “terroir”.Vini integri e longevi vengono creati da un meticoloso rispetto per la materia prima e dal forte legame con il territorio.
